  • Water Leak, No Heat/AC (Depending on current temperature outside), No Hot or Cold Water, overflowing or clogged commode (Only if there is one commode), property specific electrical outage interfering with access control to the building, Fire and/or Fire Alarms, Security Alarms, Roof Failure, Compromised/Damaged entry gate, elevator outage, welfare checks if requested by Law enforcement, Lock outs, any mention of organic growth 

  • Must have ID present, account must be current with no balance, and all documents must be signed. They will be provided a Move in Folder on move in day with information pertaining to the community and local business coupons, along with apartment keys
